GOMTEX FIRE HOSE
The GOMTEX fire hose is a semi-rigid or flat fire hose made from synthetic rubber (nitrile) or thermoplastic PVC, designed for firefighting applications. It consists of a high-strength polyester woven jacket with an inner and outer rubber coating, providing excellent durability, flexibility, and water tightness. GOMTEX hoses are known for their robustness, resistance to abrasion, chemicals, heat, and weather conditions, making them suitable for both professional firefighting operations and fixed installations such as fire hose reels, industrial networks, and petrochemical sites. Use: The GOMTEX hose is used to deliver pressurized water during firefighting operations. It can be connected to a fire hose nozzle, fire hydrant, or fire hose reel (FHR). Its durable design allows it to withstand high operating pressures and intensive use. Available in various diameters and lengths to meet operational requirements. Main Features: Nitrile rubber inner and outer layers, extruded together. Resistant to abrasion, oils, chemicals, heat, and weather conditions. Low pressure loss and excellent handling. Compatible with Storz, Guillemin, or DSP couplings, depending on standards. Complies with EN 14540 and NF S 61-112 standards.

LOCKOUT/TAGOUT
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), also called consignation, is a safety procedure used to isolate, lock, and identify all hazardous energy sources (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or thermal) in order to prevent accidental start-up or release of energy during maintenance, cleaning, or repair work. Its main purpose is to protect workers by ensuring that equipment remains completely de-energized and inoperative throughout the intervention. Principle of Lockout/Tagout : -Individual or group lockout padlocks -Group lockout box (for team work) -Tags and warning signs -Valve locks, circuit breaker locks, and push-button locks Purpose of Lockout/Tagout : -Protect workers from accidental machine start-up or unexpected energy release. -Maintain complete control of hazardous energies during maintenance. -Ensure accountability and traceability of each worker involved in the intervention.
