FIRE SHUT-OFF VALVE

The fire shut-off valve is a key component in fire protection systems.
It is used to open, regulate, or stop the water flow in pipelines, fire hose reels, hydrants, or dry/wet riser systems.

This valve ensures safe and precise control of pressurized water during firefighting or maintenance operations.

The nominal diameter (DN) indicates the internal water passage size:

DN25: for small fire hose reel systems (FHR),

DN45: for standard manual firefighting networks,

DN65 and DN100: for main fire water lines, hydrants, and dry riser connections.

The valve is typically made of brass, bronze, cast iron, or aluminum, providing durability and corrosion resistance.
It is manually operated using a handwheel or lever handle for quick and smooth operation.
