FIRE HOSE CAPS

A fire hose cap is a protective fitting used to seal and protect the end of a coupling, hose, or fire hydrant outlet when it is not in use.
Its main purpose is to ensure perfect tightness and to prevent the entry of dust, water, mud, or debris into firefighting equipment.

The most common sizes are:

Cap 45 mm

Cap 70 mm

Cap 100 mm

These sizes correspond to the nominal diameters of standard couplings used in firefighting systems (hoses, hydrants, hose reels, etc.).

Use:
Fire hose caps are used to:

Protect the ends of hydrant or hose fittings;

Temporarily close unused pipelines or hose lines;

Maintain cleanliness and functionality of fire equipment;

Prevent leaks and block contamination or water ingress.

They are compatible with the main coupling types: DSP, Guillemin, or Storz, depending on the installation standards.
